ISP's and Broadband Industry News & Updates.- The rush of households to the Web has slowed over the past few years, even as the rates of broadband adoption continue to rise. A survey found 18% of offline households were not interested in going online, and that only 18% of dial-up households planned to switch to a broadband connection.
