WIRELESS NEWS: Hearings on BlackBerry's fate begin

Wireless Industry & Market News.- U.S. District Judge James R. Spencer began considering an injunction to shut down BlackBerry services in the U.S. -- a decision that could affect nearly 4 million users. The hearings are the culmination of a long-running dispute over wireless e-mail patents between patent firm NTP and Research In Motion, the maker of the Blackberry.
