Wireless & Cell Phone News.- Cell phone TV is a reality in South Korea, but in Europe it is being held back by a row over technical standards. There also is the lingering question of whether consumers really want to watch TV on small screens. That's the same questions hitting the wireless companies in the US. From a geek point of view, I say "Bring it on!", but a lot of people think is just stupid trying to watch TV on their cell phone, and for others is a good entertainment tool for long trips and waiting rooms.
