VOIP NEWS: Skype made deal with Kodak

Daily Telecom News by Luis Galarza

VoIP Industry News & Updates.- Skype Technologies announced a deal to combine its live chat technology with Kodak's online photo-sharing service. The pact is part of an effort by Skype to expand VoIP's profile among average consumers. Separately, the company also said it reached agreements with Creative, D-Link, and Panasonic to sell hardware for VoIP. Skype is coming strong with their goals of becoming the number one on the VoIP market, but better watch out for Google. Red Herring.
