WIRELESS NEWS: RIM keeps eye on the competition

Wireless Industry News & Updates.- Several companies including Microsoft, Motorola and Nokia are rising up to challenge Research In Motion's dominance in the wireless e-mail market. RIM says its sales and shipment numbers look "very strong," and adds that some device makers offer BlackBerry compatibility, an intangible that could keep the juggernaut rolling along.
